Taking advantage of our decades-long experience in international business, we have undertaken the importation and the commercialization of frozen raw shrimps (Tropical Panaeus Vannamei) raised in aquaculture farms in Ecuador.
The shrimp coming from Ecuador is synonymous to stable and established quality with a significant presence in the Italian market.
We collaborate with important operators in the fishing industry who have a deep knowledge of the product and the markets. We purchase the product from suppliers highly specialized in the export of shrimps towards Europe and United States.
A rigorous quality control with laboratories that verify and analyze the product in the farms, a high level of supervision during the preparation and the production process allow us to obtain a premium quality product.
The shrimps are commercialized as “whole” or in the “tails only” presentations, they can also be shelled and/or deveined, packed in a wide range of sizes and glace, in order to satisfy and comply to the various requirements of our customers.
